THE DREAM TEAM

In 2014, my two little 'Auggie' dogs wanted to help me in Real Estate!

They became:  Indy's 1st & finest Real Estate Dog Team!  They sell those houses with just kisses & woofs.

The founder, Bandit, 2014-2020, passed from a horrid disease called IMHA.

His, bonded mate, Jesse Lou, went on to train to new Real Estate doggies,

RIKER & ZOE.  (They are also not related-bonded-1 yr old & the same age.)

These dogs are 1/2 Pembroke Welsh Corgi & 1/2 Australian Shephard.

Jeanie Cole, Realtor

"Dream with Jeanie"

Thanks for reading my bio! I am Jeanie Cole and I love Real Estate.

I was born in Indianapolis. More specifically, Irvington is where I grew up. We moved to Lake Wawasee Indiana in 1970 where I graduated high school. I returned to Indianapolis in 1999 and have lived on the Southside for almost 25 years.

I have been involved in Real Estate for over 22 years, and I've had my actual license for 20 years. I was office manager for my family’s real estate professions in the 80’s. After which, I obtained my paralegal certification and worked in law offices for 25 years.

My areas of paralegal work were real estate law, guardianship, divorce, foreclosure, probate, title insurance and many other areas which help me every day in real estate.

I have worked with big franchises such as Carpenter, Century 21 Scheetz & RE/MAX. I made the Executive Club Award and other awards every year. I have been a mentor for new agents for the last 5 years.

In 2020, under The Modglin Group name, I began my own real estate company, Jeanie Cole Realty; including myself and part time experienced assistants who help with marketing, social media, records management, accounting, cleaning homes, helping people pack & move and fundraising/charity work.

Hobbies include volunteering, art & decorating, master gardening, Tri Kappa Greenwood, organizing my annual Scarecrow Madness fundraiser for Johnson County Senior Services, and my involvement with Midwest Corgi Club.

I am honored to be selected as an Advocate for Seniors in the VASIA (Volunteers for Seniors & Incapacitated Adults)  in Johnson County.

I have a "make a friend a minute" personality. I really enjoy my career and look forward to many more years of serving my community in many ways!
